Home From Hospital Care
If a person has spent time in hospital, a rehabilitation centre or perhaps a short stay in a care home they may want to come home to their familiar surroundings and maintain their independence. However, for a few weeks they may need help during the transition, perhaps they are still unwell, have mobility issues after an operation or simply feel a little apprehensive about being alone.
Home Help Services
Independent Living can provide a range of support, this includes: companionship, washing and showering, medication prompting, meals and drinks, housekeeping and shopping. We find many people feel the most vulnerable at night. We can help via supplying a carer for overnight stays from 10pm through to 7am.
