Help Getting Out and About
In today’s world many people are living longer with reasonable health and still want to get out and about – doing things for themselves.
When people reach the age of 80 years they tend to stop driving – we can take people out and about because all our carers have fully insured vehicles.
Trips out could be health related such as dentist, GPs, hospitals, or to deal with practical issues such as shopping.
Increasingly, customers also want to complete social trips – locally that could be garden centres, Derby House, Botany Bay, Heskin Hall, Chorley Market, libraries or meals out.
We are also able to help with hospital or medical appointments, this could be Preston Royal, Chorley & South Ribble or further afield to places such as Blackpool Victoria and Salford Hope.
Many of our customers go to local eye and hearing clinics dotted around the local area. We can take people to these appointments in the daytime when family members are not available.
